The POLIGAN vacuum pump has been specially developed by EXPERT NK for use in leak test units. Having studied our own many years of experience and the needs of the non-destructive testing market, as well as receiving regular feedback from our customers about the products purchased from us, it was concluded that there is no worthy product on the market that would take into account all the wishes of customers at once. Focusing all their attention on this problem, an optimal solution was developed, which was embodied in the POLIGAN vacuum pump.

POLIGAN is equipped with a remote control unit for engine operation, an electronic pressure control unit, a coarse filter, a carrying handle, and remote controls. The pump turned out to be powerful, compact, reliable and versatile. Vacuum pump POLIGAN can be used with any vacuum frame, any type. The quiet operation of the engine and its power make leak control a comfortable pastime, and remote controls allow you to extend the life of the engine and set any pressure in the vacuum chamber with a light touch of the buttons. IMPORTANT: The remote control not only turns the pump motor on and off, as it may seem at first glance, but with its help the flaw detector operator controls the pressure inside the vacuum chamber. One button on the remote control is used to evacuate air, and the second to equalize pressure. At the same time, it is possible to operate the pump in forced mode, without remotes.

The company "EXPERT NK" continues to search and increase production capacity, due to this, in the near future it is planned to release a cheaper series of POLYGAN vacuum pumps with a less powerful engine and even lighter ones.

The pump is manufactured in climatic version UHL of placement category 4.2 according to GOST 15150-69 and is intended for operation in explosion-proof rooms at ambient atmospheric pressure from 630 to 800 mm Hg. and ambient and evacuated media temperature from +10°С to +35°С.

Power supply of the pump motor from a single-phase alternating current network with a voltage of 220 V and a frequency of 50 Hz.
