Document SDA-15-2009 establishes requirements for testing laboratories (TL), which are accredited in the Unified System for Conformity Assessment in the field of industrial, environmental safety, safety in energy and construction. The requirements are set out in accordance with GOST R ISO/IEC 17025-2006 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories". The document is applicable to all testing organizations.
