Into a basketBuy in one clickThe oil-based carrier KLEVER MC-1 is designed to prepare a suspension of colored or fluorescent magnetic powder for non-destructive testing of products made of ferromagnetic materials.
The oil carrier KLEVER MC-1 is a composition of petroleum products and special additives (anti-corrosion, anti-foam, surface-active).
As part of a suspension for magnetic particle inspection, the KLEVER MC-1 oil carrier is used to detect surface and subsurface defects in products, parts and semi-finished products made of ferromagnetic materials during non-destructive testing by the magnetic particle method in accordance with GOST R ISO 56512-2015, GOST R ISO 9934-2-2011, EN ISO 9934-2, ASME V Art. 7, ASTM E 1444, ASTM E 709. Provides excellent wettability of the controlled surface.
Does not luminesce.
Apply at ambient temperature and controlled surface from +4 °C to +50 °C.
It is allowed to transport by all means of transport in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in force for this type of transport.
Shelf life in unopened packaging is 5 years.
