X-ray film ASK-X-ray R5 is made from semi-finished X-ray film Agfa Structurix D5. Structurix D5 film is well known to Russian specialists as a product that allows you to get high-quality, reliably reproduced images, with almost no defects. This was achieved thanks to the use of special production technologies at the AGFA factories in Antwerp, which ensure the constancy of the X-ray sensitometric and physical-mechanical characteristics of Structurix films.

The presence of a special protective layer on Structurix films provides higher resistance to compression, better resistance to scratches and snags, and protection against static electricity. The film is well processed both in manual mode and in automatic processors. P5 film is designed for applications with a focus on high image quality and rational exposure time. It has medium sensitivity, very high contrast and fine grain. The film belongs to class C4 according to ISO 11699-1.

All these advantages are retained when cutting and packaging P5 film. At all stages of production, constant quality control of products is carried out. X-ray film film ASK-X-ray R5 is available in two types of packaging:

• NIF - packaging in an opaque general envelope without paper pads;
• IF - packaging in an opaque general envelope with interleaved paper sheets. This type of packaging protects the photo layer from mechanical damage and static electricity;
• VacPb - sheets of film between lead screens 0.027 mm thick, vacuum sealed in plastic bags impervious to light, air and moisture.

This film can be developed in AGFA Structurix chemicals.

• The Russian certificate of conformity No. ROSS RU.KhP14.NO1390 was obtained for the P5 film.
• The conclusion of SE "VIAM" of the State Scientific Center of the Russian Federation on the permission to use P5 film by the enterprises of the aerospace industry was received.
• By special order cutting of X-ray film of the required dimensions is possible.
