Fine-grained radiographic technical film Tasma PT-7T is designed for radiographic inspection of welded and brazed joints, pipes of small diameter, cast products using X-ray, gamma radiation and bremsstrahlung of electron accelerators.

Corresponds to TU 6-17-649-83.

The basis of X-ray film Tasma PT-7T Pb is polyethylene terephthalate, dyed in blue color with a thickness of 175 ± 10 microns according to TU 6-41-1576-93.

Package

Packing for daylight in a roll with lead screens 0.025 mm thick on both sides, laminated with paper from 70 to 90 g/m2 in an opaque paper envelope on a roll in a cardboard shipping box.

• 100 mm x 90 m;
• 70 mm x 90 m.

Unexposed film should be stored in consumer packaging on racks in a ventilated room at a temperature of 5°C to 21°C and a relative humidity of 40% to 60%, where gases harmful to the film should not penetrate. It is not allowed to store the film in rooms where radioactive substances and luminous compositions of permanent action are located.

Film RT-7T Pb is designed for manual and machine processing.

Opening the package is possible in daylight.

Chemical-photographic processing of the film should be carried out under non-actinic illumination, created by a laboratory lamp with an electric lamp 15-25 W, shielded by a protective dark red light filter No. 107 according to TU 6-43-00205133-03-91.

• a set of chemical reagents "X-ray-2T", which consists of the developer "X-ray-2TP" and the fixer "X-ray-2TF";
• developer "X-ray-2" and fixer BKF-2;
• a set of chemical reagents "TRT-301", which consists of a developer "TRT-301P" and a fixer "TRT-301F".

Development time 4 - 8 min./(20.0 ± 0.5)°С.

Fixing no more than 15 min./(20.0 ± 2.0)°С.

It is allowed to carry out chemical-photographic processing of the film in tanks at an elevated temperature of the developer, development time:

• 4 - 6 min./(22.0 ± 0.5) °С,
• 4 - 5 min./(24.0 ± 0.5) °С,
• 3 - 4 min./(26.0 ± 0.5) °С,
• 2 - 3 min./(28.0 ± 0.5) °С.

Fixing at a temperature of 21.5°C to 28.5°C.

a set of chemical reagents "TRT-311k", which consists of a developer "TRT-311k" and a fixer "TRT-311k".

Film RT-7T Pb can be processed in the corresponding solutions of other manufacturers.

• It has a smaller average size of emulsion crystals in comparison with analogues within class C5 of the European standard EN 584-1.
• Complies with the technical requirements of Gazprom's regulatory documents and is recommended by Gazprom VNIIGAZ for use at Gazprom's facilities.
