The OPTIMAX 2010 NDT processor is a compact desktop microprocessor-controlled processor-controlled processor with an automatic mode of operation, with a capacity of 120 24x30 cm films per hour, designed for photochemical processing of X-ray images up to 35 cm wide.
Processing time (1.5-10 min.) and temperature (26-37°C) are specially adjusted in accordance with the requirements for NDT film. Linear speed 8.4-56 cm/min. Processing time 25-164 s.
The OPTIMAX 2010 NDT processor allows you to independently, using an easy-to-use microprocessor, set the processing time for the image, in combination with the processing programs stored in the machine's memory, allows you to process standard film using any chemicals. The developer and fixer solutions are temperature controlled, circulated and automatically replaced.
The digital display of the machine shows: developer temperature, image processing time, shot counter, error messages, as well as information about filling the developer tank.
A user-friendly control panel makes it easy to select the desired processing speed, temperature, chemical replenishment rate.
Developer and fixer pumps can be manually shut off to save chemicals when processing thin film widths. Due to the small dimensions of 770x590x420 mm, the occupied area of 0.45 m2 can be installed both on the surface of a conventional table and on a stand table.
