STO 34.01-23.1-001-2017 contains the frequency, scope and test standards for generators, electric motors, transformers, switches and other electrical equipment of power plants and networks. The standard was developed on the basis of RD 34.45-51.300-97 "Scope and norms of testing of electrical equipment", contains requirements specified taking into account 19 years of experience of power systems, commissioning organizations, repair plants and research institutes since the release of the last edition of RD, as well as some new types of operated electrical equipment. Designed for engineering and technical personnel engaged in adjustment, operation, technical diagnostics, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment of power plants and networks.
