The WG1 with calibration is a professional measuring instrument for precise control of weld joint parameters, which has been tested in an accredited laboratory. The calibrated version of the template provides measurement accuracy of ± 0.05 mm, which meets the requirements of GOST R 8.563-96 and ISO 17637. It is made of stainless steel grade 12X18H10T with corrosion protection. It is completed with a calibration certificate indicating the error and the date of verification. It is optimal for critical facilities: oil and gas pipelines, bridge structures and pressure vessels. Unlike the basic version, the calibrated WG1 is approved for use in certified weld quality control systems.
